This year has started with excitement as we begin 2 separate support groups. The first group comes with a weekly commitment to fervently study Dr. Caroline Leaf's, "Who Switched Off My Brain?" We travel with the location in east Memphis to attract others from within the city. The second group is the core prayer group meeting bi-weekly for a concerted effort to prayer during this unusual pandemic season.

Mental Health has become so important around the globe! The pandemic has moved this to the center of "to do" list. In fall of 2019, you'll remember I reported how anxiety was the number 1 health concern worldwide. These statistics outnumbered heart disease, cancer, and diabetes combined!
